My packages are designed for women in their mid-thirties and over, who want to support and nurture their health, so they can feel their best YET. My 'non-diet' approach will give you the knowledge and action steps to support you to make change and create sustainable healthy habits.  

Well Woman 1-2-1 Coaching 

 

 Get your personalised NLC plan designed to address YOUR specific problem areas and goals. Supporting you to overcome issues, such as low energy, stress, weight gain, low mood and poor sleep. Learn how to optimise your health, so you feel energised, more resilient, productive and ready to take on all that life throws at you!

Nourish Meal Plans 

Your own nutritionally-balanced meal plan customised to YOUR needs. Take the time and effort out of planning your own meals and know that you are getting all the nourishment you need in your midlife years.

Get your own ready-made weekly meal plan that is nutritionally-balanced to provide you with all the nutrients your body needs! 

100% customised to your food preferences, palate, cooking skills and lifestyle. 

7 days all planned out for you with recipes and a shopping list. 

Breakfast, lunch, dinners AND two snacks per day.

How it works: 

 

Meal plan assessment questionnaire: Complete an online questionnaire, allowing me to understand your current dietary lifestyle & choices, cooking skills, food preferences and your health goals. 

A 20 minute meal planning consultation: A brief discussion via phone or e-mail, to clarify any points in the questionnaire and so I can better understand your needs, food preferences and lifestyle needs. 

 

Receive your Nourish Meal Plan: In 2-3 days, your 7-day meal plan, recipes and shopping list will be with you.

Well Woman Reset

The 'Well Woman Reset' is my basic nutrition and lifestyle coaching package, giving you a personalised plan designed to help you achieve your health goals.   

 

The Reset plan is designed to help you optimise your diet and lifestyle, so you can feel your best during your midlife years. We look at ways to ensure you are giving your body all the nutrients it needs. There is a strong emphasis on lifestyle too, reviewing movement, relaxation, self-care and stress management. All important pillars of our health. 

 

By looking closely at your existing diet and lifestyle, we will identify the most appropriate steps for you take, to help you achieve your health goals. This could be improving energy, dealing with weight gain (especially around the middle), managing the effects of stress on the body and hormonal changes as you pass through the peri-menopause/menopause. Many women also have a strong desire to build healthier habits at this age, as part of preventative healthcare. 

We will spend time discussing your past experiences and identifying elements that might be holding you back. From this, we will create a personalised NLC plan, with small actionable steps that are achievable and realistic for you.

  • One 7-day meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks tailored to your dietary needs, tastes and lifestyle (to be used as a guide)

  • Over 20 Recipes with photos and a shopping list

  • Weekly tracking sheets to help motivate you and keep you accountable. 

  • Advice on supplements (if deemed relevant)   

  • Knowledge & factsheets to guide you through change 

  • 4 x 30 minute coaching sessions by phone/zoom  

How it works:

 

Week 1: Getting to know you & creating your plan

  • You will be required to complete a detailed food and lifestyle questionnaire ONLINE, including a 3 day food diary.  

  • An initial 1-2-1 consultation lasting 60 minutes via Zoom where we get to know each another, clarify your wellness goals and go through your questionnaire. 

  • I will spend some time conducting my lifestyle and dietary analysis with the help of Nutritics.

  • Your NLC plan will be created outlining your nutrition and lifestyle action steps.

  • Our second 1-2-1 consultation will take place a few days later, lasting 60 minutes via Zoom to go over the analysis and agree on the NLC plan. 

Week 2: Starting your plan 

  • After the second session, you will receive your NLC Plan, weekly tracking sheets, 7 day meal plan and recipe packs. Plus SHL support factsheets. 

  • It's now time to put the plan into action! 

  • Weekly coaching sessions (phone/zoom) for 4 weeks as you put the plan in place. 

 

There is the opportunity to add on a follow-up consultation at a later date. Weekly coaching calls can also be added for an extra fee.

Well Woman Plus+

Well Woman Plus+ is a 10-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching package. It consists of three 1-2-1 consultations, your very own NLC plan and on-going coaching support for the full period. Plus+ a few extra benefits…

The programme is designed to help you feel your best in midlife, addressing difficulties such as weight gain, mood swings, stress & anxiety, sleep and hormonal changes caused by the peri-menopause. 

 

The Well Woman+ package comes with a follow-up 1-2-1 consultation 4-6 weeks after starting your plan.

In this session, we review your progress and refresh your plan, to ensure it is working for you and your lifestyle. You will also receive a new 7 day meal plan with new recipes to keep your tastes buds happy. 

What you get: 

 

  • THREE 1-2-1 consultations with Suzie (60 minutes each)

  • Your personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan with specific action steps to achieve your goals 

  • 2 x 7 day meal plans: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks tailored to your dietary needs, tastes and lifestyle (to be used as a guide)

  • Recipes for TWO weeks with photos and shopping list

  • 8 x weekly coaching sessions via Zoom 

  • Weekly tracking sheets 

  • SHL exercise planning sheet

  • Knowledge factsheets to guide you through change 

  • Journal to record your journey

Coaching support throughout, designed to help you overcome any hurdles, working on mindset and motivation. 

How it works: 

Week 1: Getting to know you:

  • You will be required to complete a detailed food and lifestyle questionnaire ONLINE, including a 5 day food diary.  

  • An initial 1-2-1 consultation lasting 60-90 minutes via Zoom where we get to know each another, clarify your wellness goals and go through your questionnaire. 

Week 2: Creating your plan

  • I will spend some time conducting my lifestyle and dietary analysis with the help of Nutritics.

  • Your NLC plan will be created outlining your nutrition and lifestyle action steps.

  • A second 1-2-1 consultation lasting 60 minutes via Zoom to go over the analysis and your Well Woman plan. 

Week 3-6: Starting your plan with coaching support

  • After the second session, you will receive your personalised NLC plan, weekly tracking sheets, 7 day meal plan and recipe packs. Plus SHL support factsheets. 

  • It's now time to put the plan into action! 

  • We will have weekly coaching calls, scheduled via Zoom to review how you are doing and troubleshoot any issues. We will also use these to delve deeper into issues affecting you. 

 

Week 7-10: Follow-Up consultation & coaching support

  • Approximately 4 weeks in to your journey, we will have a full review of how things are working for you, including a dietary review and a second analysis of your food diary. 

  • During the your follow-up consultation we will review and amend your plan to keep you focused on achieving your goals. 

  • You will receive your second 7-day Meal Plan and Recipe Pack.

  • Our weekly coaching calls via Zoom will continue every week.
