As a woman in her late-forties, I know just how frustrating it can be to feel like you have less control over your body. That's why I have put together these programs. To help other 'like-minded' women put themselves first, look after their health and to thrive in midlife. 

 

1:1 Coaching Programs

 

  We are all wonderfully unique. So my personalised NLC plans are designed to address YOUR specific problem areas and goals. There's no one-size fits all, but common areas we look at include: ENERGY, STRESS, WEIGHT GAIN, LOW MOOD, and POOR SLEEP. Many of these can be linked or exacerbated by hormonal changes in midlife. I will help you learn how to optimise your health, so you feel energised, more resilient, productive and ready to take on all that life throws at you! 

Power Hour Sessions 

If you're not ready to embark on a full program, or feel you don't need long-term support, my 'power hour' session could be just what you need. Take an hour to focus on you. You'll come away with a set of practical strategies you can put in place straight away!

  

Well Woman Review

Are you keen to make some health changes, but unsure where to start? I know there's a lot of conflicting messages out there, telling us the best way to look after our health. It can be difficult to know what is best for us as an individual.  

Midlife is a busy and challenging time too. There's less time for 'us' at a time when we need to be looking after our health and wellbeing. Not just to feel energised and manage everyday stresses, but for long-term health. 

Embracing a balanced approach to healthy living doesn't mean you need to restrict calories, exclude food groups or embark on a major fitness routine.

On my 'Well Woman Review' we look at your whole life holistically. Reviewing diet alongside, sleep, stress, exercise, rest and self-care to identify imbalances and create a plan towards improving your health.

The package includes:

  • A 75 minute 1-2-1 consultation with Suzie via zoom or face to face (if possible). We will discuss your health goals, and dig deep into diet, sleep, exercise, work-life balance and stress. These elements are closely inter-related, so I look at the balance between them and how it impacts your whole health. 

  • Diet and lifestyle analysis: A summary of my dietary assessment (based on a 3/5 day food diary, questionnaire and consultation) highlighting areas to focus on.  

  • Practical diet and lifestyle action steps: My nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to help you achieve your health goals e.g. dietary changes, exercise ideas, ways to manage stress, self-care, sleep support etc...

  • Simple meal plan & recipes: You will be given a simple meal plan and recipes to support you. 

  • Time for you: A chance for you to step back and take some time to re-assess your health and plan for the future.

  • Supplement recommendations where relevant

Well Woman Reset

'Well Woman Reset' is my 8-week nutrition and lifestyle coaching package, giving you a tailored plan to nurture you towards your health goals.   

 

 I work with clients on a number of issues: building healthier habitsimproving energy levels, optimising healthsupporting the body to age welldealing with stress as well as weight management.

 

Diet and lifestyle changes can help you manage hormonal changes brought on during the peri-menopause/menopause, so if you are in the throws of this lifestyle change, the Reset package is a great starting point. 

My 'non-diet approach' focuses on nourishing your body through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I take a 360˚review of your health looking at all aspects of your diet, movement/exercise, relaxation, self-care and stress. These are all important pillars of our health and are very much inter-related. 

 

Your Reset plan will give you specific dietary and lifestyle action steps that will enable you to achieve your health goals in a manageable and enjoyable way. 

 

I will be there to support and nurture you through change, helping you through the challenges and celebrating your achievements!

  • 2 extra coaching sessions (45-60 minutes) via Zoom to explore specific topics/issues e.g. stress

  • Weekly check-ins to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Support journal (PDF) to allow you to record and track your journey

    • e.g. Exercise planner, habit tracker, meal planner 

  • A range of SHL knowledge sheets

    • e.g. Peri-menopause/Menopause, Gut health, Nutrition in Midlife, Stress Management, Emotional eating etc... these may also be covered in our coaching sessions

Well Woman Plus+

Well Woman Plus+ is my 12-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching package designed to help you feel your best in your midlife years. It includes all the elements of the Reset plan, but is designed to nurture you through change with weekly check-ins and 4 additional coaching sessions. 

 

If you have a number of issues to tackle, this is a good option. I can help you address each area step by step, such as weight gain, mood swings, stress & anxiety and sleep. Hormonal changes can play a role in all of these areas, so I will look at ways to manage diet and lifestyle to address imbalances.

 

The Well Woman+ package comes with several exclusive additions. You will receive a FULL FOLLOW-UP REVIEW 1-2 months after starting your plan. In this session, we review your progress and refresh your plan, to ensure it is working for you and your lifestyle. 

 

You also receive TWO tailored 7 day meal plans with new recipes to keep your tastes buds happy. Plus a journal to record your journey and 4 bi-weekly coaching sessions on zoom. 

The package includes: 

 

  • 2 x Initial Consultations (75 minutes)

  • Full nutrition & lifestyle review looking at your whole health, including dietary analysis

  • Your personalised nutrition & lifestyle action plan

  • 2 x 7-day personalised meal plans - spaced over the 3 months

  • Recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks) accessible online

  • 4 x 45 minutes coaching session via Zoom keeping you accountable, and digging into specific challenges you may have. 

  • Support journal to help you with tracking and planning meals, exercise & other habits - keeping you on track. 

  • SHL Knowledge handouts

    • e.g. Peri-menopause/Menopause, Gut health, Stress Management, Emotional eating etc...- these may also be covered in our coaching sessions

  • Weekly check-ins to review progress via whatsApp/email for the duration of the plan, designed to help you overcome any hurdles, working on mindset and motivation. 

  • Supplement recommendations where relevant

  • 1 x Follow-up consultation (75 minutes) to review progress towards the end of the 3 months. Your personalised plan will be reviewed and amended.
