Nourish

Nourish is a personalised meal planning service, providing you with a 7-day nutritionally-balanced meal plan, customised to your lifestyle, food preferences and palate.

 

Save yourself the TIME and EFFORT of working out what you should be eating to reach your health goals. Get your own meal plan to nourish your body and lose weight. Explore how your diet can support your body and mind when stressed, anxious or sleep deprived.

Your Nourish meal plan is customised to YOUR needs. Designed to meet YOUR dietary requirements, calorific needs, food tastes and any allergy or intolerances. Your family needs and priorities can also be taken into consideration. 

Learn new recipes that you can add to your repertoire or get healthier versions of dishes you love. The aim is to help you discover how to balance meals to ensure you get sufficient macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).   

 

Any food groups you already exclude, such as gluten, wheat or dairy can be accommodated. My meal plans cater for a wide range of specific dietary needs and preferences including: Vegan, Plant-based, Low FODMAP, Low Sugar, Immune Support, Vegetarian, Gut Health and many more.

How it works: 

 

Meal plan assessment questionnaire: Complete an online questionnaire, allowing me to understand your current dietary lifestyle & choices, cooking skills, food preferences and your health goals. 

A 30-minute meal planning consultation: In this session, we will discuss your questionnaire, going over your goals, your cooking skills, food preferences, plus your likes and dislikes. It's an important step, to make sure you're getting a meal plan that is right for you and one you want to stick to.  

 

Receive your Nourish Report: In 1-2 days your report will be ready, including your 7-day meal plan, recipes, meal prep guide and all the information you need to get going.

Well Woman

The 'Well Woman' package is my 6 week nutrition and lifestyle coaching package, designed to help you achieve your health goals and get you back to feeling your best!

The programme is designed to address the difficulties women face in midlife. Whether that may be dealing with weight gain, mood swings, stress & anxiety, sleep or a combination. My aim is to get you back to feeling like you again.   

We review your whole health, looking at both diet, lifestyle and your mindset to create a personalised 'Well Woman' plan that will bring your health and wellness goals to reality.

Understanding your background, lifestyle and past experiences, as well as WHY you want to make changes, is an essential stepping stone to creating a plan that is achievable for you. As is exploring the factors that might be holding you back.

 

Once your plan has been created, I'll be supporting you for the first 4 WEEKS of your journey, helping to keep you accountable, nurture you through change and celebrate your success! 

 

What you get:

  • TWO 1-2-1 consultations lasting 60-90 minutes.

  • Dietary & Lifestyle Analysis based on your 3 day food diary and a nutrition & lifestyle questionnaire.

  • Your 'Well Woman' NLC Plan with dietary and lifestyle action steps.  

  • Weekly tracking sheets for you to monitor progress and stay accountable. 

  • ONE 7-day weekly meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and Two snacks to be used as a guide.   

  • Recipes tailored to your dietary needs, tastes and lifestyle - family needs can also be factored in. 

  • Advice on supplements where necessary.  

  • FOUR 1-2-1 weekly catch-up sessions via Zoom. In these, we focus on important issues to you, depending on your needs e.g. dealing with cravings, gut health, emotional eating, managing hormonal changes, dealing with limited time/overwhelm. We all have different challenges in midlife, so the session will be adapted to suit you.  

  • SHL Factsheets will also be provided on issues to guide you on your journey. 

  • Private access to an online portal where you can access your plan, create a journal and much more!

  • Regular support via WhatsApp or the online portal in between. 

  • Mindset and motivational support throughout, designed to keep you accountable and overcome any hurdles.

How it works:

 

Week 1-2: Getting to know you and creating your plan:

  • The Well Woman package starts with a 5 day review of your diet, plus an in-depth food and lifestyle questionnaire, which can be completed online. 

  • An initial 1-2-1 consultation lasting 60-90 minutes via Zoom where we get to know each another, identify what’s important to you and clarify your wellness goals. 

  • Comprehensive lifestyle and dietary analysis by Suzie in combination with the use of Nutritics

  • Creation of your nutrition and lifestyle action steps that will form the basis of your Well Woman plan. 

  • A second 1-2-1 consultation lasting 60 minutes via Zoom to go over the analysis and your Well Woman plan. 

Week 2-6: Starting your plan with coaching support

  • After the second session, you will receive your Well Woman Plan, weekly tracking sheets, 7 day meal plan and recipe packs. Plus SHL support factsheets. 

  • It's now time to put the plan into action! 

  • Over the first four weeks, we will have weekly catch-up sessions, scheduled via Zoom to review how you are doing and troubleshoot any issues. We will also use these to delve deeper into issues affecting you. 

 

There is the opportunity to add on a full follow-up consultation at a later date to review your action steps and add news steps in.

Well Woman+ is my 10-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching package. It consists of three 1-2-1 consultations, your very own NLC plan and on-going coaching support for the full period. Plus+ a whole range of added benefits…

As with the standard 'Well Woman' package, the programme is designed to address the difficulties women face in midlife. Whether that may be dealing with weight gain, mood swings, stress & anxiety, sleep or a combination. My aim is to get you back to feeling like you again.

  • Weekly tracking sheets for you to monitor progress and stay accountable. 

  • TWO 7-day weekly meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and Two snacks to be used as a guide.   

  • Recipes tailored to your dietary needs, tastes and lifestyle - family needs can also be factored in. 

  • EIGHT weekly 1-2-1 catch-up sessions via Zoom where we focus on important issues to you, depending on your needs e.g. understanding and conquering cravings, mindful eating, gut health, emotional eating, hormonal changes & menopause, dealing with limited time/overwhelm etc...We all have different challenges in midlife, so each session will be adapted to suit you.  

  • Advice on supplements where necessary. 

  • Private access to an online portal where you can access your plan, create a journal and much more!

  • Mindset and motivational support throughout, designed to keep you accountable and overcome any hurdles

  • Regular coaching catch-ups for one month. I recommend weekly calls and the option to message via WhatsApp in between. 

  • SHL Factsheets will also be provided on these issues to guide you on your journey. 

  • Your very own Journal to record your journey

  • PLUS...An additional 1-2-1 session dedicated to deciphering food labelling and understanding ingredients. 

How it works:

Week 7-10: Follow-Up consultation & coaching support

  • Approximately 4 weeks in to your journey, we will have your third 1-2-1 follow-up consultation. A full review of how things are working for you, including a dietary review and analysis of your food diary. Following this we will amend and/or set new actions to continue you on your health journey. 

  • At this point you will receive your second 7-day Meal Plan and recipe pack. 

  • Weekly 1-2-1 sessions via Zoom will continue every week.
