Well Woman Reset

'Well Woman Reset' is my signature nutrition and lifestyle coaching package, giving you a tailored plan to nurture you towards your health goals.   

 

 I work with clients on a number of issues from: building healthier habitsimproving energy levels, supporting the body to age welldealing with stress as well as managing weight issues (especially around the middle).

 

Diet and lifestyle change are pivotal to managing hormonal changes caused by the peri-menopause/menopause, so if you are in the throws of this lifestyle change, I can help you manage this too. 

Whatever your goal, my 'non-diet approach' focuses on optimising your health through nutrition and lifestyle changes reviewing diet, movement/exercise, relaxation, self-care and stress. These are all important pillars of our health we review and adapt to help you achieve your health goals.

 

The Reset plan starts by reviewing your existing diet and lifestyle and creates specific action steps to guide you towards your goals. We will spend time discussing your past experiences and identifying elements that might hold you back. 

 

From this, I will create a personalised NLC plan, with small, actionable steps that will enable you to achieve your health goals within a manageable framework.

Well Woman Plus+

Well Woman Plus+ is a 10 week Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching package designed to help you feel your best in your midlife years. It includes all the elements of the Reset plan, but is designed to nurture you through change with a series of bi-weekly coaching sessions on zoom. Plus there are several added bonuses.

 

If you have a number of issues to tackle, this is a good option. I can help you address each area step by step, such as weight gain, mood swings, stress & anxiety and sleep. Hormonal changes can play a role in all of these areas, so I will look at ways to manage diet and lifestyle to address imbalances.

 

The Well Woman+ package comes with several exclusive additions. You will receive a full follow-up review 1-2 months after starting your plan. In this session, we review your progress and refresh your plan, to ensure it is working for you and your lifestyle. 

 

You also receive TWO tailored 7 day meal plans with new recipes to keep your tastes buds happy. Plus a journal to record your journey and the 4 bi-weekly coaching sessions on zoom.
